Positive Reflection

During times of uncertainty it's easy to fall in a heap. But there are positive things you can do to lift your mood and generate self confidence.

Despite life's ever changing circumstances it's important to remember who YOU are and acknowledge all the wonderful things that make YOU unique.

So go on, hop to it and try this exercise.

It may sound silly but I guarantee you will feel uplifted.

Every morning for the next seven days, get up, go to a mirror and recognise just one thing you admire about yourself. Say it aloud to your reflection and acknowledge it throughout the day.

Get up the next day and do the same thing - appreciate another positive characteristic, and so on for seven days.

It could be as simple as your smile, your eyes, your loyalty.

After a week you'll have a collection of seven positive qualities that make you one-of-a-kind. And with a little hope you'll feel better than you ever have before.

YOU are unique and your qualities are what make you so - embrace them and utilise them to generate positive change in your life.
